where is it dangerous t sag!?

anyone know any countries where u can get in trbl for saggin? Like I know some USA states fine or jail you if u sag low but anywhere like where u can get jailed or worse ( although I luv being cuffed I wouldn't want long jail term on me holidays like!!)
Like do north african countries go bad agst sagginn - Tunisia , Morocco etc.? coz thinkin of goin there on hols n wld luv t sag but not if i gonna get jail or lashed like! I kno they muslim n Iran likes hangs gays n stuff so bit worried like!
