  Yo it's pretty chill here in CO. Saggers be common as flies. Go to the mall and all these brat thug wannabes be rockin their shorts below the butt. Kinda dope, right?

  Mostly guys walking to or from local high school, or at the local university going across the street to shops. Some in Home Depot and Lowe's, too few in the malls. Way too few for me.
